Faulty Outdoor AirFiber Unit Keeps Rebooting in Rain, Support Refuses RMA

"The device loses power every time it rains. Because it boots up for 30 seconds, Airtel's system marks the ticket 'Resolved' and refuses hardware inspection."
Following seasonal rainfall, the rooftop AirFiber outdoor receiver began boot-looping, dropping connection every 90 seconds. Customer requested hardware replacement under warranty. Airtel support closed three consecutive tickets claiming remote telemetry showed the device online during brief boot windows, completely disregarding videos of the device power cycling continuously.

Evidence on Record

Video documentation of outdoor CPE LED indicator cycling off and on; ticket numbers SR-7192831, SR-7193910, SR-7194882 all closed within 2 hours without field visit.
