Customer requested broadband line relocation to a new residential apartment. Airtel sales confirmed feasibility and collected an advance ₹1,000 shifting charge. Two days later, installation technicians arrived and stated that no fiber distribution box existed within 400 meters and the location was unfeasible. Airtel refused to refund the ₹1,000 fee and continued generating monthly bills on the inactive old line.
